1. The need — what the consultant faces before EQOS Coaching

An OBM (Online Business Manager) supports an artisan leader transitioning from solo operator to head of a small structure. The client's diagnosis is in place: nine structural measures, identified weak points (operational clarity, commercial outreach, the "do-it-all-myself" belief), and a 24-month trajectory to build.

But between the diagnosis and the first session, one critical step is missing: the delivery score. Who delivers what? In what posture (do-with, get-done)? With which partner when a topic falls outside the consultant's zone? In what order?

Today, this score is crafted by hand — by cross-referencing the consultant's skills matrix, their signature tools, their network of partners, and the client's diagnosis. Count one to two weeks of reflection. And even then, some zones stay blurry — exactly where the consultant risks slipping into "doing for" the client, or forgetting to activate a partner.

The real cost: every hour spent designing an engagement is an hour not billed. Multiplied by six to eight clients a year, that's a full month of revenue absorbed by coaching engineering.

2. The EQOS score — consultant input × client input → design

EQOS Coaching takes two datasets as input:

Consultant profile
zones, method, network, capacity
× Client diagnosis
9 measures, trajectory, weak points
→ Coaching design
3-month delivery score

The engine then produces, for each client need, a cross-referenced delivery recommendation: who delivers, in what posture, with what partner, at which point of the trajectory.

The three zones of the score

▸ Zone of genius

The consultant delivers. Their natural strength, low energy. Posture: "do-with".

Real case: 6 of 10 needs fall inside the consultant's zone of genius (vision, backbone, finance, steering) — near-perfect match with the client's trajectory.

▸ Effort zone

They frame + delegate. Capable but costly. Posture: "get-done".

Real case: 2 needs (visibility engine, sales) — the consultant sets the angle, a named marketing partner delivers.

▸ Partner zone

The network takes over. Outside zone or risk-bearing. The consultant orchestrates.

Real case: 2 needs (legal, deep automation) → handed to partners named in advance.

The client's trajectory becomes a sequence of sessions

The engine selects and orchestrates roughly a dozen proven management and coaching models (prioritization, leader identity, cash steering, autonomy cycle…), translates them into the consultant's signature vocabulary — without forcing them to learn a new framework — and orders them along the client's transformation trajectory.

Client needComputed priorityWho delivers
Vision & 24-month course0.79 — opens everythingConsultant · do-with
Backbone: processes, client journey0.84 — highest leverageConsultant · do-with → get-done
Financial outlook (12-month visibility)0.75 — calendar urgencyConsultant · do-with
Leader identity + change grief0.72 — through-lineConsultant (presence) + mentor (back-up)
Visibility & content0.62Consultant frames · marketing partner
Legal (brand, contracts)—Legal partner
Deep automation—Tech partner (after backbone)

The engine does not impose a fixed schedule — it computes the priority of each topic from the diagnosis (urgency, leverage, dependencies, client cost, maturity along the trajectory). The consultant keeps full control of the pace.

3. Double guard — both consultant AND client protected

The design embeds an ethical guard (proprietary mathematical constraint, ≥ 0) that applies to both sides of the relationship:

Client side — anti-burnout

Cap on re-investing recovered hours (60% in production max), personal-life balance preserved, energy channeled rather than depleted.

Consultant side — anti-overinvestment

Sell an objective + one weekly meeting, not time. Capacity cap honored. "Rescuer" and "do-for" risks flagged explicitly in the design.

Signature safeguard

If the projected design would harm either party, the engine refuses to produce — the design must be reworked. No implicit trade-off: ethics lives in the math, not in a posted charter.

4. The outcome — for the consultant

Before EQOS Coaching

With EQOS Coaching

Business model for the consultant: EQOS Coaching acts as a methodological back-office. The client keeps the consultant as sole point of contact; the engine stays invisible (white-label mode) or co-signed (partnership mode), as the consultant chooses.

Are you a consultant, coach, or OBM?

If you support leaders and you craft your coaching designs by hand, EQOS Coaching can produce them for each of your clients — tailored, crossing your profile with their diagnosis, in under 48 hours. White-label or co-signed.
