Modeling

A proprietary folding reduces complexity while preserving critical information. Illustrative scenario (modeled, not a client result): a regional hub choice across Singapore, Johor and Bangkok is scored on the same 9 dimensions for each location, with figures reported in US$.

Codex Universalis
The Codex Universalis is our computation core. No AI, no learning, no hidden probabilities. Pure, verifiable, reproducible mathematics. Every verdict can be recomputed identically by any data scientist with access to the Codex (under NDA).
Transparency on our production method
A distinction we want to state ourselves, before anyone asks: "deterministic, no AI" describes the computation engine — the Codex that produces your scores and verdicts — not our entire production process. Research, drafting and formatting of our studies are assisted by generative AI tools, always under human review before release.
Concretely: scores, indices and numerical verdicts (Λ, φ(S), and any value presented as "computed by EQΦS") come exclusively from the deterministic Python engine — never from a generative model. Research, drafting and source-checking are AI-assisted, with systematic human review before delivery (lighter on entry-level tiers, full review on Study, Diagnostic, Mapping and Mission tiers).
This statement reflects the transparency requirements of the applicable AI transparency requirements. It applies to this site, our published studies, and our client deliverables.
"Deterministic" also has a measurable energy consequence: an EQΦS verdict is arithmetic, not a language-model inference. We calculated and sourced the gap — see the "Computational Sobriety" study, with the limits we own up to.
